lovemoney.com: A pesonalised website experience
Delighted to say that lovemoney.com v2 has arrived. I am blogging about it over on the lovemoney.com/blog We genuinely want to make a site that helps people in tough times and make people that bit richer.
The heart of the site is a powerful profiler (you need to register to take adavntage.) Once people register we can deliver them finance content on to their personal home page. They can tailor this further by managing their own selection of lovemoney.com content.
It's just the start of a long journey for www.lovemoney.com But, I think it's a good start and you can hopefully get a glimpse of where we are heading with it. Comments and feedback welcome.
Here's some grabs:
Personal Home Page
Q and A Application
Comments and Reccomendation of Content
More to come, naturally!

..."Product Management" you say....
Is there any chance you could 'product manage' the SPAM that Motley Fool users have been bombarded with from your site!
Myself and many other TMF users are unable to un-subscribe from your mail 'services'....'services' we never subscribed in the first place!
Thank you in advance
You say:-
"Once people register we can deliver them finance content on to their personal home page. They can tailor this further by managing their own selection of lovemoney.com content."
As they say - "Oh no you can't" Is there no way of turning off this SPAMHAUS.
Both,
Thanks for the note about email. I'll make sure your comments are fed back to the relevant people in the relevant team. Obviously, I am not happy to hear that customers of lovemoney.com are un-happy.
In the first instance, I'd encourage you to email any issues direct to feedback@lovemoney.com where your feedback and issues will be picked up by customer services and dealt with asap.
Plus, next week we'll be be adding a commenting function to the website development blog where you can feel free to feedback on such issues as the email issue you have raised here, keep visiting http://www.lovemoney.com/blog/ and soon this feature will be available. Again, this will allow the relevant individuals to feedback on specific issues. In this case, our Head of Marketing.
Beyond this I do ask you acknowledge and respect that this blog is my own personal blog, written outside of work and the thoughts and opinions on this blog are personal to me and do not represent the views of my employer, lovemoney.com. Though I occassionally will reference projects related to the web products I work on, I can't guarantee either reading or responding to lovemoney.com queries here.
Wishing a Happy Easter and a speedy resolution to your issues,
Carl
Must say that the lovemoney.com website looks very refreshing. I really like the name, it's easy to remember and the whole this is very contemporary. One of my favourite money websites....
